Read through the case file and get to know the story rich characters. Each mystery is a fully immersive case file including photographs, interviews, a newspaper and other items.

Each case comes with a series of objectives that guide you through the story. It is your job to link the clues together and determine who the murderer is.

We have enjoyed 2 previous games (The Aussie outback and the Tauranga ones) but were very disappointed in the Kiwi. Not so much the game itself but felt that the clues didn't lead to a strong or logical conclusion. We felt that there were too many unanswered questions and many inconsistencies - found ourselves asking "Yes, but WHY?" So sorry but this one really did disappoint.
Loved this!
Played with my family and everyone was involved trying to solve the clues and going over the paperwork. Took us a while but we got there in the end. We will definitely be getting another game.
Great fun game. Perfect to fill in evening with friends and a few drinks.

Amazing.
I could not get it right on the first stage. I opened envelope 2 and still could not work out how one of the suspects was identified. I did it by myself and perhaps I just did not absorb all the information.

My partner and I had so much fun. We did the Kiwi case first. Was a lot trickier than I thought it would be. We are saving the others for special occasions.

This one was a bit trickier....the start up documentation is vital throughout the case, look at everything closely. This is our third case and we needed the hints this time.

There was so much potential for this with all the possible clues and characters but the first objective got the list of suspects too small too quickly. Overall it did not enough puzzles/ problems to solve. We finished it in 45mins and haven’t done one before. Was a bit disappointing.

How long do they take?
Most of our detective games take around 1 to 2 hours to solve — perfect for a date night or an evening in with friends. Some teams race through faster, others take their time following every lead. There’s no rush — the case is closed when you say it is.
How many people can play?
You can play with anywhere from 1 to 8 players. They’re great for a solo sleuth, date night duo, or a full group of friends. We recommend 2–6 players for the best experience — enough brains to crack the case, without everyone fighting over the evidence.
Is there an age limit?
Our games are designed for ages 13 and up, since they include crime themes and murder investigations. Younger players can still join in with some guidance — but the mysteries are definitely made for teens and adults who love a good challenge.
Can it be passed on as a gift?
Absolutely! Each game is single-use, but once you’ve solved the case, you can pass it on to friends or family to enjoy. Just make sure all the evidence is neatly packed back into the case file — no spoilers left behind!
Do I need internet to play?
Most of our games can be played completely offline, but they all include an online answer key if you want a little help. Tasmanian Terror is the exception — it includes a digital clue that requires internet access, so maybe don’t take that one camping!
