Read through the case file and get to know the story rich characters. Each mystery is a fully immersive case file including photographs, interviews, a newspaper and other items.

WORK THROUGH OBJECTIVES
Each case comes with a series of objectives that guide you through the story. It is your job to link the clues together and determine who the murderer is.

After solving the final objective, you'll close the case and put the murderer behind bars where they belong - proving once and for all that you are a genuine Sherlock Holmes!

I bought Tasmanian Terror, and I highly recommend this one. It took 5 of us and 3 hours to get through and it’s was lots of fun. We had ages ranging from 16-65 and it was loved by all. Looking forward to our next one but disappointed there isn’t more to choose from.

My boyfriend purchased Murder at the Mount & The Kiwi as a date night activity so we thought we’d complete Murder at the Mount tonight for Valentines Day 😊 It was definitely a bit of a head scratch but I did think we looked too in depth into the case and missed vital information that was in plain site and went all Criminal Minds a bit too much 😂 nevertheless we both really enjoyed it and can’t wait to complete The Kiwi next!

Didn't like this one as much as the others. Even after getting to the end and playing through multiple times, it was still a stretch
*Loved it!* Over 2nights our family (parents & 19,20 year olds) took time to work through the case files and solve the mystery of the Tasmanian Terror. It had everyone fully engaged and hanging out for the 2nd session to solve it. It was the right amount of challenge, and it’s very rewarding when you solve it. We were all fully hooked. It’s very cleverly and thoughtfully designed and laid out to guide you along. Hats off to the team at Cased Closed. Excellent job, we will be absolutely getting another one.

Was so much fun
Picked this up for the wife and I to solve on date night, had a heap of fun! only downside is we found that we solved it a bit quicker than we expected. Overall a great experience and I would recommend!

How long do they take?
Most of our detective games take around 1 to 2 hours to solve — perfect for a date night or an evening in with friends. Some teams race through faster, others take their time following every lead. There’s no rush — the case is closed when you say it is.
How many people can play?
You can play with anywhere from 1 to 8 players. They’re great for a solo sleuth, date night duo, or a full group of friends. We recommend 2–6 players for the best experience — enough brains to crack the case, without everyone fighting over the evidence.
Is there an age limit?
Our games are designed for ages 13 and up, since they include crime themes and murder investigations. Younger players can still join in with some guidance — but the mysteries are definitely made for teens and adults who love a good challenge.
Can it be passed on as a gift?
Absolutely! Each game is single-use, but once you’ve solved the case, you can pass it on to friends or family to enjoy. Just make sure all the evidence is neatly packed back into the case file — no spoilers left behind!
Do I need internet to play?
Most of our games can be played completely offline, but they all include an online answer key if you want a little help. Tasmanian Terror is the exception — it includes a digital clue that requires internet access, so maybe don’t take that one camping!
